Do You Need Shared Cloud Server Or Dedicated Cloud Server?
Both are the same when it comes to the type of storage used like SSD NVMe, and the uptime will be the same.
The main difference is our Shared Cloud Servers run a slightly lower CPU at 2.4 GHz, can only have up to a MAX of 40GB Local SSD storage for the instance itself (used to host the OS like CentOS/CloudLinux) and you can just scale resources up to the S-8 plan 2x vCPU, 8GB RAM, 40 GB SSD storage.
Our Dedicated Cloud Server, on the other hand, has some advantages, a faster CPU is used at 3.1GHz, can have up to a MAX of 400GB Local SSD storage and you can scale resources up to our X-32 plan 32x vCPU, 120GB RAM, 400 GB SSD storage.
You may host up to 20 TB of data on any Shared or Dedicated instance by attaching NVMe storage. The additional storage can be selected in blocks of 50 GB or 100 GB during checkout.
