I've always been happy with the level of service offered by HostXNow. Whenever I need to talk to someone, I know Chris will be close at hand! Speed and uptime are extremely good and I'm very happy with the "can do" atitude. I've left plenty of hosting companies in the past because of their lack of knowledge/service - HostXNow is definitely different!

The move to Host X was extremely easy, moving from shared hosting to semi-dedicated. They did everything. The popularity/traffic of the website has been a surprise and keeping the site up had been a problem. HostX have been greta at solving these problems. Though it did cost more than we originally hoped. We have not had a problem since.

We were starting to have a problems with shared hosting for a client's website and discovered Semi-Dedicated hosting with HostXNow. The same day HostXNow moved the site themselves (a 500 page Expression Engine site) and had it up and running within 3-4 hours. Very impressive. Excellent Service at a very good price. Obviously waiting to see how the Semi-Dedicated server works out - but so far so good.

It's early days, but so far all is good. The sign-up process was clear, quick with good value for money. Using the offsite backup (in New York, USA) from HostXNow for our UK hosted server is working well. Surprisingly quick data transfer rates and unlimited bandwidth is reassuring. Not used their support yet so can't comment on that.
